Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Dragon tribal midrange strategy commanded by Ureni, the Song Unending. The game plan focuses on spending the opening turns ramping land counts and establishing tribal cost reducers like Urza's Incubator and Dragonspeaker Shaman. By Turn 5, the deck transitions into deploying massive flying threats. Casting Ureni, the Song Unending leverages land count to deal heavy asymmetric direct damage to opposing creatures and planeswalkers, clearing away blockers and utility commanders. Backed by synergistic dragons such as Lathliss, Dragon Queen, Dragonlord Atarka, and Broodcaller Scourge, the deck applies relentless aerial pressure. Built-in protection from white and black grants the commander inherent durability against premier spot removal, while haste enablers like Dragon Tempest accelerate damage output. The deck closes out games over consecutive combat steps by dealing lethal commander and tribal flying damage across the table.
