Deck overview

This deck is a four-color proliferate midrange strategy commanded by Atraxa, Praetors' Voice. The primary game plan infects each opponent with an initial poison counter in the early turns using global enablers like Prologue to Phyresis and Ichor Rats or low-cost toxic creatures. Once poison is distributed, the deck deploys Atraxa alongside compounding proliferate engines such as Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, Staff of Compleation, and Vraska, Betrayal's Sting to rapidly tick all opponents up to ten poison counters simultaneously. This approach bypasses traditional 40-life totals entirely. The list also includes an infinite life-drain combo with Bloodthirsty Conqueror and Dina, Soul Steeper as an alternate win route. A suite of efficient removal, combat deterrents, and card advantage engines ensures the deck maintains steady board control while executing its inevitable clock.
