Deck overview

This is a mono-blue blink/ETB value deck helmed by Elrond, Moon-Reader, built to maximize enters-the-battlefield triggers, activated abilities, and flicker loops. The primary plan is to develop a draw-and-ramp engine, deploy blink permanents like Thassa, Deep-Dwelling, Conjurer's Closet, and Displacer Kitten, then chain ETB creatures for card advantage and board control. The deck's finisher is a mana engine: Peregrine Drake plus any flicker source generates infinite mana, which is then converted into drawing the library (The One Ring, Sea Gate Restoration, Elrond's own draw trigger) and either stealing every permanent with Agent of Treachery or winning through a massive, re-blinking board. Elrond's draw trigger rewards the deck's dense activated-ability suite, and his five-mana blink ability doubles as a reusable value engine. Trigger doublers like Panharmonicon, Roaming Throne, and Starfield Vocalist amplify every ETB, while a robust counterspell package protects the combo turn.
