Commander: Gandalf, Shadow's Foe

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-blue lands-matter deck is built around Gandalf, Shadow's Foe as a landfall draw engine. The primary plan is to play extra lands and flicker lands repeatedly to draw into an infinite loop: Walking Atlas puts a land into play, Elven Raft-Steerer untaps it, and Meloku the Clouded Mirror returns the land to hand, generating unlimited landfall triggers. Ruin Crab and Hedron Crab convert those triggers into mill and win the game. Gandalf can also grow into a commander-damage threat with Blackblade Reforged and Bilbo's Ring. Cosima, God of the Voyage (front face) is a secondary landfall payoff; The Omenkeel is not the focus. No hidden commander is required for the main line.
