Jhoira Storm by exodious13

Format: Commander

Commander: Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain is a historic-spell storm engine, and this list is built to chain nearly every cheap artifact through the library. The primary plan is to cast Jhoira on turn three, then trade 0- and 1-mana artifacts for cards until it assembles a winning loop: Isochron Scepter plus Dramatic Reversal for infinite mana, or Underworld Breach with Grinding Station, Lotus Petal, and Brain Freeze for a lethal storm-mill. Aetherflux Reservoir and Cyberdrive Awakener are alternate payoffs, and Urza, Lord High Artificer acts as a hidden backup commander and mana engine. Secondary paths use Mystic Forge, Sai, Master Thopterist, and Emry to grind value if the chain stalls. The deck is fast, artifact-exposed, and heavily dependent on keeping Jhoira online.
