Helga, Skittish Seer** is a Simic value-engine that blurs the line between draw engine, ramp suite, and go-wide threat. For {G}{W}{U}, she offers a *massive* card-advantage engine on turn 4-6: all non-X creature spells with MV 4+ (plus any X spell) are one-shot Coiling Oracles, turning mid-game monsters into raw card advantage and mana (she alone can generate 2+ mana per turn). The deck's second axis is the **+1/+1 counter** shell: The Ozolith, Branching Evolution, Hardened Scales, and Benevolent Hydra snowball every creature into game-ending sizes. The secret fifth "mode" is Chulane, Teller of Tales, a backbreaking synergy that turns every creature spell into another "draw + Spy." An opening set of low-mana-value creatures (Delighted Halfling), a critical Mystic Remora/Rhystic Study, and a tutor wall of Green Sun's Zenith) mean the deck wins by sheer card volume and board state. It does *not* need infinite mana or a single OTK piece - it wins the *War of Attrition* with attrition-value hydras.
