Deck overview

Spider-Woman, Stunning Savior heads an Azorius stax and pillowfort deck designed to grind game tempo to an absolute halt. By forcing opposing creatures and artifacts to enter tapped, the commander blunts haste and combo lines while you assemble impenetrable defensive layers. Stax pieces like Hushbringer, Lavinia, Azorius Renegade, and Sphere of Safety neutralize opposing engines and lock down combat. Behind this fortress, the deck draws into dedicated alternate win conditions including Approach of the Second Sun, Azor's Elocutors, Mechanized Production, or Triskaidekaphile, using stax and protection to buy all the time required to close the game.
