Deck overview

Thranduil is both the engine and the kill: he borrows every activated ability from Elf cards in the graveyard, so the deck's early game is self-mill and discard to stock a toolbox. The primary finish is an infinite-mana loop: Marwyn, the Nurturer (or Deathbloom Ritualist) in the graveyard turns Thranduil's 5/6 body into a mana engine, and Staff of Domination / Sword of the Paruns untaps him for profit; Staff then draws the library into Exsanguinate. Secondary wins come from elfball combat: Lathril's drain, token production, and +1/+1 lords. There is no hidden commander; the graveyard itself acts as the secondary commander, and the deck is built to make Thranduil mine it repeatedly.
