Commander: Maralen, Fae Ascendant

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Maralen, Fae Ascendant is the deck's value engine: every Elf or Faerie that enters exiles two cards from an opponent, and once per turn she lets you cast one of those cards with mana value equal to your Elf/Faerie count for free. The primary plan is to use Bitterblossom, Alela, and flash effects to create a steady stream of Faerie Rogue tokens, fueling Maralen's exile-and-cast engine while building an evasive board. The secondary path is a Notorious Throng extra-turn finish: a Rogue combat hit plus Obyra turns a large token burst into life loss and lethal swings. Counterspells, goad, and bounce protect the plan. No hidden commander exists; Alela is the main supporting engine.
