🐉💰 For Gold and Glory ⚒️ by Stoogen

Format: Commander

Commander: Thorin, King of Durin's Folk

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Thorin, King of Durin's Folk leads a Boros Dwarf-tribal Treasure deck that wins through combat. Thorin creates a Treasure when he or another Dwarf enters and gives other Dwarves +1/+0 for each artifact token you control, turning Treasures into an anthem. The deck floods the board with cheap Dwarves, uses Magda, Brazen Outlaw, Professional Face-Breaker, Goldspan Dragon and Smothering Tithe to generate Treasures, and equips Sword of Feast and Famine, Sword of Fire and Ice and The Reaver Cleaver to push damage and draw cards. Magda, Brazen Outlaw acts as a hidden commander to tutor artifacts and Dragons. Thorin is a finisher and multiplier, not an engine, and both faces do not apply as he is single-faced.
