Landfall - PROD

Format: Commander

Commander: Hearthhull, the Worldseed

Bracket: 3

DeckCheck Threat Index: 31

Deck overview

This deck leverages Hearthhull, the Worldseed as a combined card-draw engine, extra land enabler, and late-game burn finisher in a dedicated Jund lands shell. Early turns focus on establishing mana velocity through land ramp like Farseek, Nature's Lore, and Cultivate. Once Hearthhull, the Worldseed enters, small utility creatures station the Spacecraft to unlock its draw ability, turning sacrificed lands into fresh resources and additional land drops. In the mid-to-late game, the deck transitions from value generation into decisive board pressure by stationing the commander to 8+ charge counters or resolving heavy landfall token generators like Titania, Protector of Argoth, Omnath, Locus of Rage, and Baloth Prime. Mass recursion spells such as Splendid Reclamation and Aftermath Analyst trigger massive bursts of landfall and life drain via Mayhem Devil and Iridescent Vinelasher, closing out games through a mix of lethal combat damage and direct life loss.
