This is a classic Azorius Aura Voltron deck helmed by Bruna, Light of Alabaster. The plan is to deploy cheap enchantment synergists, cast Bruna, and dump a critical mass of Auras from hand and graveyard onto her in a single combat step, then close the game with commander damage.
