This deck is a high-velocity cEDH spellslinger combo deck piloted by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi acts as both a burst mana engine and a lethal burn outlet from the command zone. The deck seeks to deploy Vivi by Turn 2 using format-ceiling fast mana artifacts like Chrome Mox, Mox Diamond, and Lotus Petal. Once assembled, the primary game plan attaches a damage-triggered draw engine such as Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout to Vivi. Because Vivi deals 1 damage to each opponent whenever a noncreature spell is cast, each spell replaces itself with three fresh cards.
