Wizard Con by coasterkramer

Format: Commander

Commander: Gandalf, Party Guest

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Gandalf, Party Guest leads a Jeskai Wizard-spellslinger deck whose primary plan is to deploy legendary Wizards, exploit Gandalf's free combat-time instant/sorcery cast, and convert that velocity into burn through Vivi Ornitier amplified by Harmonic Prodigy, Veyran, and Wizard's Staff. A secondary plan transforms The Emperor of Palamecia into The Lord Master of Hell and attacks for a large life-total swing; a third plan uses Prismari, the Inspiration's storm to chain spells. Gandalf is the critical free-cast enabler, but the deck also contains Kaza, Gale, Lier, Kykar, and enough counters/removal/draw to function as a Jeskai control-spells deck. There is no hidden commander; Prismari and the Emperor are support finishers.
