Tifa Breaks Hearts by davidr5807

Format: Commander

Commander: Tifa Lockhart

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Tifa Lockhart is the primary finisher. Her landfall doubles her power for each land that enters, so three to five land drops in one turn turn a 1/2 into lethal commander damage. The deck builds extra land drops with Azusa, Exploration, Dryad of the Ilysian Grove, and Loot, then uses explosive spells like Traverse the Outlands, Scapeshift, and Splendid Reclamation to trigger Tifa multiple times and one-shot an opponent. Secondary landfall threats - Lumra, Ashaya, Scythecat Cub, Mossborn Hydra, and Springheart Nantuko - provide backup wins when Tifa is answered. Lumra and Ancient Greenwarden act as hidden commanders, recurring lands and doubling triggers. Protection and recursion keep the land engine running through removal.
