Deck overview

Zimone, Infinite Analyst is both engine and payoff of an X-spell combo deck. The primary plan is to build +1/+1 counters on Zimone with cheap X spells and counter amplification, converting her into a one-spell-per-turn mana discount. The deck then sets up Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries and casts a large Mathemagics as the discounted spell to draw the entire library and win. Secondary lines win through Simic Ascendancy or a Craterhoof Behemoth overrun. The commander is the main accelerator, but Muddle the Mixture, Unbound Flourishing, Elementalist's Palette, and Seedborn Muse give the deck independent X-mana reach. No hidden commander exists; the deck is built around Zimone's growth.
