Deck overview

This Esper deck is built around Marneus Calgar and 25 copies of Hare Apparent. The strategy leverages the extreme redundancy of Hare Apparent to create exponential numbers of 1/1 Rabbit creature tokens. Each token entry triggers Marneus to draw cards, refueling your hand with more Hares, mana rocks, and protection spells. The deck accelerates in the early turns using 12 low-cost mana artifacts, resolves Marneus on Turn 4, and begins flooding the board on Turn 5. By Turn 6, it reaches a critical mass of tokens, utilizing anthem effects like Ultramarines Honour Guard and direct group drain from Commissar Severina Raine to eliminate opponents in rapid succession. The list is supported by efficient interaction, board-wide indestructible spells such as Dawn's Truce, and secondary token amplifiers including Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation and Thalisse, Reverent Medium.
