toxic times by Resbennett

Format: Commander

Commander: Ixhel, Scion of Atraxa

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Ixhel, Scion of Atraxa leads a Phyrexian poison deck that wins by putting toxic counters on all three opponents and then multiplying them with proliferate. The primary plan is a low-curve toxic creature start into Ixhel, whose corrupted trigger turns on once opponents reach three poison and provides card advantage by exiling and casting their libraries. Secondary paths are wide-board combat finishes with Overrun, End-Raze Forerunners, or Unnatural Growth, and a slow life-drain subtheme with Scheming Aspirant. Ixhel is the engine and flying toxic beater, but the deck can still function without her. There is no hidden commander; the list is built around Ixhel's toxic/corrupted game plan. No infinite combos are present.
