Deck overview

This Selesnya tokens-and-counters deck is helmed by Bess, Soul Nourisher, who turns a swarm of 1/1s into a lethal, pumped army. The primary plan is to flood the board with cheap token generators, stack +1/+1 counters on Bess, and win either through her attack trigger or by pivoting into the deck's compact infinite combo: Scurry Oak + Rosie Cotton of South Lane (or Ivy Lane Denizen) generates infinite Squirrels and infinite counters, finished by Phyrexian Altar into a massive Finale of Devastation or a single combat step. Secondary lines lean on Cathars' Crusade, Doubling Season, and Academy Manufactor to explode token counts, with Grand Crescendo as a burst finisher and protection. The deck is a classic go-wide value engine with a tutor-supported combo core.
