Deck overview

The Necrobloom is an Abzan landfall-and-dredge value engine. The primary plan is to ramp into the commander, use The Necrobloom's dredge to put lands into the graveyard, then replay those lands with Ramunap Excavator, Knight of the Reliquary, or Aftermath Analyst to trigger landfall every turn. Once seven land names are in play, the plants become Zombies, giving the deck a real army. The secondary plan is a sacrifice-value package: Braids, Thalia and The Gitrog Monster, and Titania convert lands and creatures into cards and 5/3 Elementals. The win is a wide, trampling attack from Avenger of Zendikar or a high-token Strength in Numbers/Gruesome Fate turn. There is no hidden commander; the list is built around The Necrobloom.
