Commander: Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Naya Equipment/Voltron deck built around Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER as a haste-equipped draw engine. The primary plan is to tutor and cheat large Equipment-Colossus Hammer, Genji Glove, Mjolnir-onto Cloud, attack, draw into extra-combat pieces, and take multiple combat steps to finish via commander damage. Secondary lines equip Sephiroth, Tifa, or Aurelia as alternate beaters, with Chandra's Ignition as a one-shot noncombat finisher. Cloud, Midgar Mercenary functions as a hidden commander: it searches for Equipment and, when equipped, doubles its own or attached Equipment's triggered abilities, compounding Sword triggers. Instant-speed protection and equip tricks keep the voltron plan alive.
