Deck overview

This is a Sultai mill-and-radiate deck helmed by The Wise Mothman. The plan is to flood the table with rad counters and nonland mills, then convert that pressure into either library-outs or enormous +1/+1-counter boards. Mothman is a value engine-ETB/attack radiation plus counter distribution off every mill-but the win conditions live in the 99. Primary finishes are classic mill loops (Mindcrank + Duskmantle Guildmage / Bloodchief Ascension), Bruvac-doubled haymakers (Traumatize, kicked Maddening Cacophony), and secondary combat via Branching Evolution, Winding Constrictor, and fat threats like Agent Frank Horrigan and Consuming Aberration. Recursion (Living Death, Reanimate, Evolution Witness) and scattered interaction keep the engine online while opponents' libraries shrink.
