Commander: Toggo, Goblin Weaponsmith and Ich-Tekik, Salvage Splicer

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Gruul partner deck pairs Toggo, Goblin Weaponsmith with Ich-Tekik, Salvage Splicer into a landfall-fueled artifact and Golem value engine. Toggo, Goblin Weaponsmith turns every land drop into a Rock Equipment that pings for 2, while Ich-Tekik, Salvage Splicer grows himself and every Golem whenever artifacts hit the graveyard-creating a natural sacrifice loop. The 99 backs this with dense landfall payoffs (Tireless Tracker, Tireless Provisioner, Tifa Lockhart, Chocobo Racetrack), land recursion (Ramunap Excavator, Icetill Explorer, Life from the Loam, Wrenn and Seven), and Golem/artifact bodies. Primary wins come from combat with oversized modified creatures and Golems, supplemented by Rock pings, Ghirapur Aether Grid, Dragonspark Reactor, and damage doublers like Angrath's Marauders and Thundering Raiju. There are no infinite combos; the deck is a midrange attrition machine that buries the table in tokens, counters, and incremental damage.
