Deck overview

This Boros Spellslinger deck is commanded by Feather, the Redeemed, focusing on recycling low-cost instant and sorcery cantrips that target your own creatures. By exiling resolved spells and returning them to hand at each end step, the deck generates continuous card advantage in colors that traditionally struggle with card draw. The primary win condition leverages spellslinger pingers such as Guttersnipe, Firebrand Archer, and Erebor Flamesmith to convert every recycled spell into table-wide burn, supplemented by evasive commander combat damage. A secondary Equipment and Gate subtheme provides alternative beatdown paths through Blackblade Reforged and double-strike creatures. The list operates reliably on curve with solid two-mana ramp, assembling its engine by Turn 4 and threatening lethal pressure by Turn 5. Its primary limitations stem from a lack of countermagic protection for Feather and the multi-turn clock required to burn down three opponents.
