Edgar, Charmed Groom - Welcoming Guests to the Party by Tgro2012

Format: Commander

Commander: Edgar, Charmed Groom // Edgar Markov's Coffin

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Orzhov Vampire aristocrats deck drains the table with death triggers and lifegain payoffs, then finishes with a wide token attack. Edgar, Charmed Groom acts as a lord that gives other Vampires +1/+1; when he dies he becomes Edgar Markov's Coffin, which makes a 1/1 lifelink Vampire each upkeep and returns after three counters. The deck prefers the front face for combat and sacrifice value and uses the Coffin as slow rebuild. Bloodletter of Aclazotz acts as a hidden commander that doubles all life loss on your turn. Secondary paths include Exsanguinate and Blood Tribute and combat pumped by Bloodline Keeper and Captivating Vampire.
