Morcant from Scratch +Proxies 2.0

Format: Commander

Commander: High Perfect Morcant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

High Perfect Morcant is a green-black Elf-ball commander. The deck's primary track is a conventional Elf swarm: accelerate with cheap mana Elves, generate many tokens, then convert 15-20 Elves into a win through Skemfar Shadowsage, repeated Lathril activations, or a large Exsanguinate. Morcant's blight triggers shrink opposing creatures and its proliferate ability gives a secondary poison-based finish with Infectious Bite. Lathril is the closest thing to a hidden commander in the 99, but the deck does not require her. The commander is not double-faced, and the build is centered on her enter-trigger and proliferate. Without her, the deck still plays like a normal Elf-ball, only losing its most efficient alternate finish.
