This deck is a Grixis Spellslinger and Voltron deck led by Saruman, the White Hand. The primary strategy focuses on deploying low-cost mana rocks and cost-reducers on early turns, casting Saruman on Turn 4, and chaining noncreature spells to amass a massive Orc Army token. Built-in ward {2} protects the Army from cheap spot removal.
