Deck overview

The deck has two connected plans. Its fastest and most reliable win is the compact Thassa's Oracle plus Demonic Consultation package, with Tainted Pact as another library-exile route. Extensive tutors, free interaction, and fast mana support a turn-3 assembly and same-turn finish in an uninterrupted game. Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow supplies a strong backup plan: cheap unblockable or evasive creatures can attack, then be returned for commander ninjutsu while Yuriko reveals cards and drains each opponent. Top-deck tools improve both the damage plan and Yuriko's trigger quality. The deck is highly proactive and can protect a winning turn, but it has little sustained denial and depends on finding the right compact pieces. Ad Nauseam and Necropotence provide powerful refill, while Doomsday offers another high-ceiling setup line. Life loss from tutors, lands, fast mana, and Ad Nauseam must be managed carefully.
