Deck overview

This is a Simic adventure-and-graveyard value list helmed by Doc Aurlock, Grizzled Genius. Doc cheapens every spell you cast from exile or the graveyard by {2} and knocks {2} off plot costs, which turns a massive Adventure suite into a two-for-one engine: the cheap spell half resolves, the card sits in exile, and the creature half comes back at a steep discount. Parallel cast-from-elsewhere engines - Grolnok, the Omnivore, Six, Lier, Disciple of the Drowned, Bilbo, Thief in the Night, and Savvy Trader - keep converting mills and discarded cards into more discounted spells. There is no compact combo finish. The deck wins by assembling an oversized combat board with Railway Brawler, The Thirteenth Doctor, and Sisterhood of Karn, then grinding through 120 life. Lucky Clover and Edgewall Innkeeper are the core adventure payoffs, with a small flicker package restocking ETBs. Doc is the efficiency piece, not a hard lock: the adventure cards and alternate-cast engines still function if he is removed.
