Deck overview

This is a five-color midrange value deck helmed by Kenrith, the Returned King that blends flexible toolbox activation, combat escalation, and several compact infinite-mana lines. Kenrith himself is a recastable engine: his blue ability refuels the hand, his green ability grows threats and enablers, his red ability grants team trample and haste for lethal swings, and his black ability reanimates key pieces from any graveyard. The 99 supports him with premium ramp, a dense modified-creature combat package (Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon, Akki Battle Squad, equipment, counters), drain finishers (Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, Blood Artist), and classic infinite-mana shells around Staff of Domination plus high-output dorks. Alternate angles include Approach of the Second Sun and attrition locks with Grave Pact. The deck wins by converting mana and card advantage into either a protected combo turn or an overwhelming extra-combat alpha strike.
