Deck overview

Snapdax, Apex of the Hunt heads a Mardu discard/madness deck that turns looting, reanimation, and a double-striking mutate commander into an evasive commander-damage clock. The primary route is to play a cheap non-Human creature, mutate Snapdax onto it, and attack for 6-8 damage while the mutate trigger removes blockers and gains life. Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar (in the 99) amplifies those attacks to every opponent. Secondary routes use Glint-Horn Buccaneer, Brallin, Archfiend of Ifnir, and Bone Miser to convert discards into direct damage and board presence, then Living Death to mass-reanimate. The deck has no true hidden commander; Kediss is a powerful legendary support piece but not a second commander.
