Sisay (No Not That One) by Setiq

Format: Commander

Commander: Captain Sisay

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Selesnya legendary-matters deck is helmed by Captain Sisay, who acts as a repeatable command-zone tutor for any legendary card. The strategy is to accelerate Sisay into play early, then chain-tutor legendary value engines-Selvala, Heart of the Wilds, Yasharn, Implacable Earth, Shalai, Voice of Plenty-and anthems like Mirari's Wake to build an overwhelming board. The deck wins through combat damage from a pod of pumped legendary creatures, often capped by a one-sided Urza's Ruinous Blast or the annihilator trigger of Kozilek, Butcher of Truth. There are no infinite combos; the plan relies on resource accumulation, protection (Kutzil, Malamet Exemplar locks out opponent spells on your turn), and cross-synergies between legendary permanents.
