Deck overview

This deck is a Golgari tribal token aggro strategy commanded by Camellia, the Seedmiser. Its core game plan revolves around generating Food tokens through utility creatures and spells, then converting those artifacts into an army of evasive Squirrels. Camellia provides a steady engine by creating 1/1 Squirrel tokens whenever Foods are sacrificed and granting all Squirrels menace to slip past opposing blockers. The deck supplements this swarm strategy with tribal lords such as Squirrel Sovereign, Deep Forest Hermit, and The Odd Acorn Gang, alongside exponential token generators like Chatterfang, Squirrel General and The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl. Incidental life drain from Nadier's Nightblade provides reach against defensive boards. While the deck boasts strong synergy and resilient token rebuilding, it relies primarily on fair combat steps and natural card draws, lacking instant-speed board wipe protection or hard combo finishes.
