Every Villain Is Lemons (E.V.I.L) by DuggyMTG

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier leads a spellslinger build that turns every noncreature spell into a growing commander, a mana battery, and a global ping. The primary plan is to chain cheap instants and sorceries, multiplying Vivi's triggers with Veyran and Harmonic Prodigy while Ghyrson Starn converts each 1-damage trigger into 3 damage per opponent. The secondary, compact finish is the Niv-Mizzet, Parun combo with Curiosity, or Parun with Niv-Mizzet, Visionary, for infinite draw and damage. Vivi is the mana engine and chip-damage backbone; the two Nivs act as the hidden combo core.
