Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Izzet spellslinger storm deck led by Vivi Ornitier. The strategy centers on deploying Vivi early and pairing its noncreature burn trigger with damage-trigger draw effects like Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, and Tandem Lookout. Because Vivi deals one damage to each opponent whenever you cast a noncreature spell, each cast draws three fresh cards while growing Vivi's power. Vivi then taps for large amounts of blue and red mana to fuel a continuous chain of one-mana cantrips, rituals, and burn spells. Backed by cost reducers like Goblin Electromancer, Magecraft value from Archmage Emeritus and Storm-Kiln Artist, and secondary pingers like Guttersnipe, the deck frequently storms through its library to eliminate all three opponents in a single turn. The deck also features a deterministic backup win condition with Niv-Mizzet, Parun.
