Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Plagon, Lord of the Beach commands an Azorius blink and toughness-matters control deck designed to generate overwhelming card advantage and assemble game-ending flicker loops. Plagon provides continuous card draw by capitalizing on high-toughness creatures and enables aggressive combat angles by letting creatures assign damage equal to their toughness. The deck transitions into the midgame through reusable exile effects that repeatedly trigger value engines. It closes games by executing infinite flicker loops with Deadeye Navigator, Peregrine Drake, Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, or Hullbreaker Horror, winning through Altar of the Brood mill, Laboratory Maniac draw-outs, or infinite creature tokens.
