Deck overview

This Naya lands-matter deck turns the battlefield itself into an army, helmed by Toph, the First Metalbender. Her static ability makes nontoken artifacts into lands, while her end-step earthbend grows a land into a hasty 0/0 creature. The deck's game plan is to animate lands, stack +1/+1 counters on them with pieces like The Earth Crystal and Bristly Bill, Spine Sower, then win through overwhelming combat, double strike, and extra combat phases from Bumi, Unleashed and Moraug, Fury of Akoum. The 99 contains four additional Toph variants as functional redundancy, making the primary kill lines mostly commander-independent. The cleanest finisher is Ashaya, Soul of the Wild plus Bumi, Unleashed, which loops infinite combat phases once Bumi connects.
