Deck overview

This is an Azorius blink deck built around Niko, Light of Hope, enter-the-battlefield creatures, and repeatable card selection. Niko, Light of Hope creates Shards on entry and can repeatedly blink a nonlegendary creature, while cards such as Dour Port-Mage, Cloudkin Seer, Aether Channeler, and Inspiring Overseer turn those exchanges into cards or utility. Soulherder, Brago, King Eternal, Restoration Angel, and Panharmonicon can increase the value ceiling. Rule of Law, Archon of Emeria, Drannith Magistrate, and Teferi, Time Raveler provide situational control over opposing development. The deck also contains the real Heliod, Sun-Crowned and Walking Ballista infinite-damage combo, but access is too sparse for it to be the ordinary clock. Its main weaknesses are slow mana development, limited tutoring, reliance on vulnerable creatures, and the absence of a dependable finish after generating value.
