This is an Esper cEDH stax-control deck that wins mainly with Thassa's Oracle paired with Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact to empty the library and win on the spot. Tivit, Seller of Secrets acts as a value engine that creates Clues and Treasures on entry and combat damage, fuels Time Sieve for infinite turns, and draws cards, but the deck does not need him to win. Secondary paths include Displacer Kitten plus Teferi, Time Raveler with mana rocks for infinite mana and blinks, and Smothering Tithe loops. The deck controls the table with 16 stax pieces and heavy counterspells, tutors aggressively, and protects its win with Silence effects.
