Cheif of Wargs, Bolt deck by user6323025

Format: Commander

Commander: Chief of the Wilds

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Golgari Wolf tribal deck helmed by Chief of the Wilds leans heavily into +1/+1 counters and token generation. The commander doubles the triggered abilities of other Wolves and Battles, making every Wolf that enters or attacks a larger threat. The primary game plan is to flood the board with 2/2 Wolf tokens via cards like Tovolar's Huntmaster, Wolfbriar Elemental, and Howl of the Night Pack, then crack in with trample enablers such as Overwhelming Stampede and Beastmaster Ascension. A secondary, more explosive path exists through the infinite combo of Chatterfang, Squirrel General + Pitiless Plunderer + Warren Soultrader, which generates infinite Treasures and death triggers. The deck can pivot between a go-wide combat finish and a compact combo win, but it is critically weak to board wipes and lacks stack interaction.
