Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered Jeskai Voltron and Equipment Burn strategy commanded by Captain America, First Avenger. The deck accelerates mana in the first two turns, deploys Captain America on Turn 3, and utilizes his 'Catch' ability on Turn 4 to attach massive equipment like Colossus Hammer or Excalibur, Sword of Eden for free. This creates an immediate 14+ power combat threat and enables his 'Throw' ability to fling equipment damage directly at any target. A deep tutor suite including Stoneforge Mystic and Fighter Class ensures consistent access to optimal equipment. The deck safeguards its strategy with format-ceiling protection, including Deflecting Swat, Fierce Guardianship, and a Sunforger package capable of fetching Teferi's Protection or Boros Charm at instant speed. Opponents face relentless pressure across 2 response cycles, closing out games by Turn 6.
