Deck overview

This Sultai deck is an aggressive infect and poison combo-control build commanded by Xavier Sal, Infested Captain. The primary win condition is distributing initial poison counters to all three opponents using evasive infect creatures or direct spells, then rapidly proliferating them up to ten counters for a lethal blowout. Xavier Sal acts as an on-board engine by sacrificing tokens or creatures to proliferate every turn. The deck features heavy interaction, efficient tutors, and potent engines like Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus and Yawgmoth, Thran Physician to chain multiple proliferate triggers each round while holding up free countermagic.
