Commander: High Perfect Morcant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

High Perfect Morcant leads a Golgari Elf deck that turns -1/-1 counters into an infinite token loop. The primary finish is Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons plus Flourishing Defenses and Blowfly Infestation: each counter makes tokens, the next token takes a counter and dies, and the cycle feeds itself. Mirkwood Bats or Poison-Tip Archer converts those loops into lethal drain. The commander's blight trigger is the main way to seed counters and fuel Hapatra, while proliferate powers a backup poison plan with Vraska and Triumph of the Hordes. Craterhoof Behemoth is an independent combat kill. High Perfect Morcant is a single-faced commander; Hapatra acts as the hidden commander.
