Deck overview

This deck is a Selesnya Lifegain Voltron strategy led by Trelasarra, Moon Dancer. The core game plan focuses on deploying inexpensive lifegain triggers—such as soul sisters, landfall lifegainers, and artifacts—to rapidly accumulate +1/+1 counters on Trelasarra while repeatedly scrying through the library. As Trelasarra scales into a formidable threat, the deck digs into evasion enablers like Abzan Falconer, Duskshell Crawler, and Shield of the Oversoul to execute sequential one-shot commander damage eliminations starting around Turn 6. A robust package of low-mana protection spells shields Trelasarra from targeted removal and destroy sweepers. Backup beaters like Ajani's Pridemate and Twinblade Paladin, along with alternate lifegain win conditions like Felidar Sovereign, provide resilience when the commander is contested. While vulnerable to mass exile and lacking fast combo finishes, the deck delivers consistent midgame pressure and high life buffer stability.
