Commander: Minn, Wily Illusionist

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This mono-blue deck is helmed by Minn, Wily Illusionist, a value engine that turns every second draw each turn into a 1/1 Illusion token and then lets you sacrifice those tokens to cheat out high-mana-value permanents from your hand. The primary game plan is to establish a dense draw suite-Mystic Remora, Consecrated Sphinx, Kindred Discovery, Teferi's Ageless Insight-to trigger Minn repeatedly, amass a board of Illusions, and then use sacrifice outlets like Ashnod's Altar or Phyrexian Altar to put game-ending threats such as Hullbreaker Horror, Nezahal, Primal Tide, or Psychosis Crawler directly onto the battlefield. The deck also leverages Toothy, Imaginary Friend and Chasm Skulker as draw-based beaters, and can close out games through commander damage from a pumped Minn or through the drain of Psychosis Crawler. It is a value-oriented, draw-go control deck that wins through overwhelming card advantage and incremental board presence rather than fast combos.
