Deck overview

Kefka, Court Mage is the front of a Grixis spell-slinger control deck that uses instant-speed Wizards, counters, and forced discard to buy time. The primary plan is to assemble a deterministic combo: infinite hasty Dualcaster Mage tokens via Electroduplicate, or Naru Meha looping flicker effects to feed Teferi's Tutelage mill. Kefka's transformed side, Kefka, Ruler of Ruin, is a top-end draw engine that converts opponent life loss into cards, and the deck also has an attrition shell with Underworld Dreams, Firebrand Archer, and Kuja tokens. Naru Meha acts as a hidden commander; Kefka's front face is used mainly for card advantage, while the back face is a late-game accelerator.
