Deck overview

This deck utilizes Jace, Multiverse Architect at the helm of a non-green Polymorph and Superfriends strategy. The primary game plan establishes an early token engine on Turns 2 or 3 using resilient producers like Skrelv's Hive and Dreadhorde Invasion. On Turn 4, Jace enters the battlefield and uses his −3 loyalty ability to transform a low-value token into a massive threat from the library, such as Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur, Archon of Cruelty, or Ulamog's Dreadsire. Supported by secondary cheat outlets like Proteus Staff and Divergent Transformations, the deck consistently establishes overwhelming battlefield presence early in the game. It controls the table through asymmetric stax elements like Teferi, Time Raveler and Jace's combat tax, while protecting its board with efficient counterspells and phase-out effects. The game concludes around Turn 7 through high-power combat damage and doubled life loss from Archfiend of Despair.
