Deck overview

This Grixis Spellslinger deck combines Wizard typal synergies with noncreature spell velocity to burn down all three opponents simultaneously. Helmed by Kefka, Court Mage, the deck disrupts opponent hands on entry and attack while generating substantial card advantage from diverse discarded card types. The core game plan deploys low-cost pingers and token creators such as Black Waltz No. 3, Kuja, Genome Sorcerer, and Cornered by Black Mages. Once damage amplifiers like Collective Inferno or Trance Kuja, Fate Defied enter play, every noncreature spell deals multiplied damage to each opponent. Card advantage engines including Archmage Emeritus and Harmonized Crescendo keep hand sizes full, while graveyard recursion like Zombify and Mizzix's Mastery ensures resilience against removal. The deck closes games around Turn 8 through overwhelming group-slug damage backed by flexible counterspells and removal.
