Zur the Enchanter leads a toolbox stax-control deck. You attack with Zur to put any enchantment with mana value 3 or less directly into play, so you build a lock piece by piece while you draw cards. The primary win is Jace, Wielder of Mysteries plus Demonic Consultation: you exile your library and win the next time you would draw. The secondary win is Zur voltron: you stack auras like Steel of the Godhead, Ethereal Armor, and All That Glitters on Zur, or give him infect with Phyresis for 10 poison. Solemnity plus Phyrexian Unlife locks your life total at zero and buys time. Jace is the hidden commander for the fast combo finish.
