Deck overview

This deck is an optimized competitive Commander (cEDH) turbo-polymorph combo list commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. Built without any other creatures or planeswalkers in the 99 besides Hullbreaker Horror, the primary game plan aims to deploy a cheap creature token generator (such as Pact of the Titan, Rat Out, or Beckon Apparition), cast Jace for five mana, and activate his −3 loyalty ability. Because Hullbreaker Horror is the lone valid target in the library, Jace cheats it directly onto the battlefield. Once Hullbreaker is in play, any two positive-mana rocks—such as Sol Ring, Mana Vault, or Mox Opal—create an infinite mana and bounce loop that removes all opposing nonland permanents and mills opponents out via Brain Freeze. The deck is reinforced by format-ceiling fast mana, premium free interaction like Force of Will and Fierce Guardianship, stax protection via Silence, and secondary win lines including Underworld Breach and Ad Nauseam.
